SHIPPING AND RETURNS

US Domestic Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of order.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS according to their current rates.

International Shipping
We currently use Shopify Managed Markets for international shipping.

This service offers UPS, FedEx or DHL and packages are generally received within 5-20 business days of shipment, depending on the country’s customs procedure. ALL SHIPPING PRICES ARE CALCULATED DIRECTLY BY CARRIERS; WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER SHIPPING RATES.  Dolphin Project is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses. If returned, your order will be refunded less the shipping costs.
